Absolutely! We're excited to help bring your custom projects to life. We offer a comprehensive range of commission services, including:
3D Printing of Existing Models: If you already have an STL file for a figure or model you'd like to have printed, we can certainly print it for you.
3D printing of Custom armor/cosplay: Have a unique idea for an armor set or need a prop made? We can print it for you. Commissions, like our other prints, can arrive unpainted or painted.
Painting Commissions: If you have a model you'd like professionally painted (whether it's one we print for you or one you send to us), our artists can provide custom painting services to meet your special requests.
Important Consideration for 3D Sculpting:
Please keep in mind that creating a custom 3D sculpt from scratch is a highly skilled and time-intensive endeavor. Professional 3D sculpting can be a full-time commitment for an artist and may take up to a month or even longer to complete, depending on the complexity and detail involved. Consequently, the cost for a custom 3D sculpt can range up to approximately €2000. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of the potential investment involved in bespoke digital artistry.
We're passionate about helping you create unique and personalized pieces. Please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss your specific commission ideas!

-
No. Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees that might be required by your country are your responsibility as the buyer.
Always keep an eye on your tracking so you do not miss any important notifications.
-
Unfortunately, no. For legal and insurance reasons, we must declare the correct value of the item on all shipping documents. Given the significant time and effort invested in each piece, accurately declaring the value is crucial for ensuring proper compensation can be claimed (protecting both you and us) should any issues arise during transit.
-
Every shipment is sent with full tracking and insurance to safeguard both buyer and seller. Although issues like loss or damage are rare, they can occur. Please monitor your tracking details for updates. If your package arrives with visible damage or looks like it has been tampered with, be sure to take photos and document everything thoroughly. This will help ensure a smooth process for any potential insurance claim. In case of damages we sent replacements free of charge.

Painting Information
-
We create each one specifically upon request. Because we do not want to limit your ability to make an order with us, painted options are always available.
Commissions and custom prints, meanwhile, have their own form you can submit to us should you choose to make a custom request. Should you like one of these, fill out the form here.
This sometimes leads to uncertain delivery times, but we appreciate your constant understanding for it!
-
Once your order starts the painting step you'll be notified and asked how and if you want to receive bi-weekly (twice a week) image updates on your order.
-
Assembly depends on the statue's size. Smaller models generally arrive mostly put together, though sometimes small parts are packed separately for safety during shipping.
These parts are designed to easily slot into place (using magnets, small rods, or shaped pegs) without needing glue. However, you can use glue for extra sturdiness if you prefer.
Larger statues (60cm Scale or above) will feature more extensive use of magnets and are very easy to assemble.

1. Miniatures
Start with our resin figures. They're the best. We don't say so, our customers do!2. Acrylic Paints
Use paints made for miniatures — they’re thinner and more pigment-rich than craft paints.Recommended brands:
• Citadel (Games Workshop)
• Vallejo
• Army PainterStart with basic colors: black, white, red, blue, yellow, brown, silver, and a flesh tone.
3. Brushes
Get a few good-quality synthetic or sable brushes:
• Detail brush (size 00 or 0)
• Standard brush (size 1 or 2)
• Drybrush (flat or round, stiff bristles)Don’t overspend early — you can upgrade later.
4. Primer
Essential for paint to stick properly. Use spray primer or brush-on primer in white, black, or grey.
• White – for bright, vibrant colors
• Black – for darker, grittier tones
• Grey – a safe middle ground
5. Water Pot & Paper Towels
Rinse your brushes regularly and dry them gently to preserve shape.
6. Palette
Use a wet palette to keep paints from drying too fast (easy DIY: wet sponge + parchment paper in a shallow container).
7. Lighting
Use a desk lamp with daylight (cool white) bulbs for accurate color perception.
8. Sealer/Varnish
Once painted, protect your minis with a matte spray varnish (e.g., Testors Dullcote or Army Painter Anti-Shine).
Optional (But Useful)
• Hobby Knife & Clippers – for cleaning and assembling models
• Super Glue or Plastic Cement – for assembling multipart minis.
•Magnifying Glass or Headband Magnifier – for tiny details.
• Miniature Holder – or use a wine cork or bottle cap with blu-tack for stability while painting.
Tips for Getting Started
• Thin your paints slightly with water – multiple thin coats are better than one thick one.
• Start simple – prime, base colors, a wash for shading, then drybrush for highlights.
• Practice on cheaper minis first before painting your favorite characters.
• Take breaks and have fun – improvement comes with time and patience.
